Description
Very rare Hamilton Watch Co , Lancaster, PA, USA, ship´s / marine chronometer in a wooden case with cardanic suspension made in 1942. Heavy brass case, High-end chronometer caliber, movement no 2E5053, movement signed “U.S.NAVY-BU. SHIPS – 1943. Probably used in the war. Model 22, 190 x 190 x 190 mm. One of the most beautiful marine chronometers ever made.
