Description

Extremely rare and beautiful LeCoultre / Lavigne Hour table clock with 8 day movement made in the 1940s. Heavy brass case, the dial is hidden behind two beautiful decorated doors. Golden dial with a hand painted scenery of a fairy tale motive. On the inside of the doors are more small paintings. Levigne Hour was one of the exclusive watchmakers in Paris /France that worked for LeCoultre, Hermés or Tiffany. Absolute museal collector´s piece. Fully original condition.
