Description
Nice and rare LeCoultre automatic “Futurematic Porthole” from the 50ies. Caliber 497 with a “hammer” rotor covering parts of the movement and being stopped by moving through two litte springs. 14karat solid yellow gold, no winding crown! To set the watch You will have to shift the wheel underneath and to turn it. Sub dials showing small second hand and power reserve, the last remaining 8 hours in red. Very nice condition, highly attractive.
