Description

Extremely rare Jaeger-LeCoultre luminous globe table clock with 8-day movement from the 1930s. According to the Jaeger-LeCoultre book /author Cologni on page 351: “Small luminous pendule Mappemonde”. The movement is housed in the marble base. The time is displayed digitally on a rotating disk. The caliber 201 movement has an eight-day power reserve. The glass globe shows a world map by J. Forest Paris.
In order to preserve the originality of the clock and still illuminate the globe, we have fitted the globe with a 12V lamp. We therefore supply the clock with a 12 volt adapter,
Conclusion – the clock is still 100 percent original, but can be safely illuminated electrically.
An absolute museum collector’s item.
