Beautiful Elgin diamond dial dress watch made in the 40ies. Originally made for men, today also perfect for women. Double gold case, attractive silver dial with rhinestones, small second. Art deco design. Swiss lever movement Elgin. Leather strap and buckle unsigned. Very nice to have!
